(1) In case of death of a liaison officer, member of a mountaineering party, chief, mountain guide, high-altitude worker, base camp worker and local worker, related The leader of the mountaineer team should manage the log from the base camp to the lower part so that the body of the deceased does not fall on the glacier.
(2) In case of the death of the leader of a mountaineering team, the members of such mountaineering team and in the case of the death of one member of the mountaineer or all the members of the mountaineering team, the related mountaineering organization shall manage the log from the base camp to the lower part so that the body of the deceased does not fall on the glacier.
(3) If a member of the mountaineering team, a worker or other person related to the mountaineer dies due to falling into a snow crevasse, falling into an avalanche or other reasons and the location of the dead body is not identified, the related mountaineering organization, mountaineering team, contact officer and search and rescue operations. Other persons involved should submit a report of the same incident to the Ministry.
(4) Sub-rule (3) If the report of Wamojim is received, the Ministry shall order the organization that arranges the related mountain climbing to bring such a dead body to the area below the base camp so that it does not fall on the glacier when it is found.
(5) Sub-rule (4) It shall be the duty of the organization arranging the related mountain climbing to comply with the order given by the Ministry of Tourism or the conditions mentioned in the Kavuliatnama.
(6) If the report received according to sub-rule (3) is found to be false, the Ministry shall punish the organization arranging such mountain climbing, mountaineer team, contact officer and the persons involved in the search and rescue operations against the government employees according to the prevailing laws regarding the services and conditions and other persons according to the prevailing laws. It should be sent in writing to the concerned body. But the employees under the ministry will have to take action themselves.
(7) This ruleThe Ministry may make necessary arrangements regarding the management of dead bodies of mountaineer team members or other persons who died on the snow peak before the start of the avali.
